The two picture above are examples of chemical cleaning additives in the tank approach (the one on the left) or the Asnu Ultrasonic Cleaned injector (on the right)
All injectors recieved for service will be checked prior to overhaul to ascertain any problems with flow rate and spray pattern
Where possible all filter baskets, seals and pintel caps will be removed prior to cleaning in the unique Asnu ultrasonic cleaning tank, which during the cleaning cycle will back flush in reverse flow through the top of the injector
